Hire of Hall, Churches, or small seminar roome

The venues for hire are the Parish Hall, St Georges Church or a small seminar room (including foyer sitting area).

Facilities Hire: COVID-19 Safety

Your well-being and that of all who use the facilities is important to us, and together, we seek to create a healthy and safe environment for all who attend by meeting the following COVID-19 requirements and practices including the directions of the event organisers but in general:

  • All adults (16+) entering the facilities for their prescribed event are to provide proof that they have been fully vaccinated or hold a valid exemption.
  • We ask people to sign in on the Service WA (Or SafeWA) app or register attendance on the manual sign-in sheet ;
  • use hand sanitiser provided,
  • wear masks, and practice physical distancing where possible.

By being careful, being safe, being considerate and kind, by adding a dose of laughter and joy, by being connected, we will face these uncertain times together.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

Submit Enquiry / Booking

Please complete and email the hire form to the Parish office.  Bond and Adminstration fee can be paid by direct credit, cheque or cash.  Please phone ahead if you intend to visit - phone 08 9364 1718.  Cheques can be posted to 54 Simpson Street Ardross WA 6154.

The Bond/Administration fee payment will reserve your booking.

An invoice/statement will be issue by email, please include your email address in the hire application.

Parish Centre Hall

The hall is avilable for hire to various church or community groups and individuals.

St Georges Church

The Church:
A maximum capacity of 83 people.


12 pews available for use.

30 chairs, 2 metal card tables & 3 trestle tables

Ceiling fans available for use as well as several power

Reverse Cycle Air conditioning.

The use of sound systems is permitted, however,
smoke machines, foam and bubble machines are not.

A kitchen including a fridge, microwave and kettle for
tea and coffee making. A limited number of crockery,
cutlery and glassware is available for use.

Parking on and off site.

Please observe strict finish times - 10pm as the church is located in a close residential area.

A Seminar Room:
• With whiteboard and chairs.
• Accommodates a maximum of 15 people.
NB: Hire does not include access to the kitchen, hall or outside play-area. There is a comfortable communal foyer area to the right of the main entrance
into the Church Centre.
