Social Justice

The parish continues to support to St Bartholomew's House – an accommodation service offering secure accommodation and support services for single men aged 18 years and above experiencing homelessness. We achieve this by collecting food and toiletries for the residents Christmas Hampers.

We continue to supply food donations to Willagee Anglican Church who provide hampers to their local community and also support other organisations and a women’s refuge centre.

Our recent Treble in Pariadise concert in 2018 performed by Prendiville Catholic College choir saw some proceeds donated to Shalom House.

We regularly support other causes such as the Applecross SHS Chaplaincy with the annual dinner at St David's and the work of the Anglican Board of Mission through the Entertainment Book fund raising

 Community Outreach.

St David's runs a playgroup for pre-school children and their parents,  grandparents or carers on Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:30am.  More information here.
